smile How great!! The guy that farms the land around me says that he can not remember ever plnating this late. There is corn coming up on the 40 behind the house. Last night we took turns with the binoculars watching a hen and rooster pheasant chasing around in the mud and the little corn plants. I have been hearing the roosters in the morning when they get up and the bobwhite are calling each other at dusk.

I spread some more grass seed late yesterday and with the shower that we got this afteroon it may just get the chance to grow. I have a bunch of flower seeds to plant - sunflowers, Cosmos, Marigolds, and a couple of different daisies that I hope will grow.
