These days they are coming up with a lot of different new meds. Like our MO who is in charge of drug development at our hospital says, "there is always something (i.e. New med to try)." Things will become clearer once you have had the imaging and the biopsy. Right now, I am sure even the doctors don't know exactly what they are dealing with.
