It's a tough place to be, Heike, and no matter what anyone says, some people decide the stress of quitting is more than they believe they can handle. Just know, no matter what, you can't be their behavior police. Try to not let it bother you too much. You have enough things on your plate that you can direct the outcome. Keep focused on what you can do, not what you can't do.
