Just being able to realize what we can or cannot do or control, and acting on the things we CAN do helps us feel more in control and could lessen the stress. We can only change ourselves but sometimes in doing that, others are influenced positively. There are so many ups and downs in this cancer roller-coaster. I do hope things start going better for you very soon.
