Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 118 Likes: 1 | I'd like to recommend a book that has been helpful to me: "The Five Things We Cannot Change and the Happiness We Find By Embracing Them" by David Richo. He does draw upon spiritual teachings for resources, models, and inspiration.
