This was 8 years ago, but I was told no Biafine on open wounds. They must be closed for it to work. They gave me a couple of days off at the end of treatment because they were not targeting the same area. I think 3 between the last final 3. I had XRT, but then I spend my summers on the beach. I also only had 36 treatments and no chemo and my recollection is you are having many more. See if they can find some cream that will help you heal better. I feel so sorry for you.
