Joined: Apr 2006 Posts: 794 | I don't want to discuss religion here, but I think that, short of a miracle, and yes, I do believe that God chooses to perform them occasionally, the course without treatment will be pretty predictable. You are not being selfish at all. As I understand it, untreated oral SCC is not a pleasant journey.
