As far as weight loss goes, this is NOT the time to lose it. Doctors will prefer the patient doesnt lose anything at all. Most of us have lost considerable amounts of weight. When you see weight loss like that it comes with muscle loss, malnutrition and dehydration. These things can add up to be very serious.
