Joined: Nov 2006 Posts: 2,671 | I think it was Ekhardt Tolle that said, "You cannot change what you don't accept" so if we can first realize what is happening, recognize it and accept it for the horrible thing it is, we can more easily get into the fight mode and start doing something about it which gives us control over the beast. Or as Don has said, "Now DEAL!". And there are lots of people here who can help us in the fight, hold our hand when we falter and give us hope.
