Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 5,260 | Angelia, I just wish I could eat any one thing that doesn't need made into a mash or liquified. It's been a year and a half for solid foods with no end in site. I think I could take on a gorilla for 1 good meal that I could eat and taste. I feel for you and pray you are alright, but thank the lord I am here to even complain. LOL Wish you all the luck there is.
Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.
