Boy you guys are tough on the CPA and yes I do on a rare occasion eat lunch somewhere else but only if I must. I am also a Certified Professional Food Manager in Florida and I teach classes on safe food handling, preparation, etc and I know what can happen to people that dine in a restaurant that is less than 100% diligent in staying on top of their employees so I prefer to stick with my wife's restaurant since I know what steps we take to make sure our food is safely received, prepared and stored. I give all new employees a mandatory 2 hour class on food safety and personal hygiene and I make them pass a 50 question test before they can work a shift and that includes bus people. Besides my wife's food is the BEST in the World.

Jun 07, back to riding my bike 100 miles a wk. Now doing 12 Spin classes and 60 outdoor miles per wk. Nov 13 completed Hilly Century ride for Cancer, 104 miles, 1st Place in my age group. Apr 2014 & 15, Spun for 9 straight hrs to raise $$ for YMCA's Livestrong Program. Certified Spin Instructor Jun 2014.
