I have found that if you take the pork chop rib )the part with out the bone, have it cubed like cubesteaks cut it up bite size then quick fry it in butter, make a gravy with it it is better then sausage because it doesn't have the sage and pepper in it. I can't tolerate spicey things yet. But that is really good. It doesn't take long at all. Our meals take no more the about 20 minutes to fix any more. Its just trying to find something different that takes the longest. Keep going. Brenda
