Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 5,260 | I made turkey meatballs yesterday and added fresh wheat bread crumbs I made. Fried them then added them to a sauce. They were very easy to mash in with the angel hair pasta. Just have to keep everything moist and it seems to work for me. I needed some good old home made and still have enough to freeze for future meals. I like to experiment with food LOL
Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.
