Breakfast this AM was sunyside up eggs w a slice of whole wheat bread. Ww bread is very dry so I put my little iron skillet on a high fire and dropped the bread in while I got everything else ready. I took the bread out, dropped in the eggs and buttered the bread. When the eggs were ready, I put the bread back in for a few sec. I cut the bread in small piecs to soak up the yolks and it was easy to eat.
