I don't want to scare you but a sore throat when you swallow is what I had when I was diagnosed the second time round. If it is not clearing up with antibiotics, I would get to an ENT ASAP to get scoped and a CT or PET scan. Please have this checked out by someone who specializes in H&N cancers.
