thats great cookey, saltcoats used to be a bit of a beach hot spot eh, largs is a nice wee town also, like to take my daughter up to largs , only half an hour on the train, nice shore front walk. though im not sure so many people go swimming in the sea up here just as often !!

yeah i know i shouldnt be second guessing though and will need to be paitent and hang on in there, though as i say im much calmer than ive been at any point in the last 4 months just now, i took some heart from the comments of the hospital staff and the fact that finding out that the last time it was only an irritation.
