I am always amazed at the number of different dips at the supermarket.
If you can taste it may make a nice savoury change and if a little thick thin out with milk or cream.
I used some of these when I could first swallow slight solid food.
As I said variety is endless but you many need to go mild.
Here are some of the dips I liked ... salmon, caviar, hommus, avocado, beetroot, babaganoosh, spinach, char-grilled Eggplant etc etc
