Unfortunately I don't have very many words of wisdom except for just be there for your mom as much as you can. Make sure she has someone going with her to ALL her appointments. I know with my husband I go to all his appointments and sometimes I will discuss something with him that the doctor said and he doesn't even remember the doctor talking about it. Being a "caregiver" is very emotionally draining. You have found a great place for information and support. Hugs, Wanda
