I sure hope that your results are negative tomorrow.
I too want to emphasize the fact that no matter what the results are, you really need to stop smoking and I hope that will be on your agenda.
Please get to your dentist before the swelling returns as it will surely come back. Sounds like you have an abscessed tooth.
