2 things.
1. It disturbs me when I hear the phrases "watch it" or "keep an eye on it".
2. Treating an abscess with an antibiotic will usuually only take care of the problem for a short period of time. There are basically two reasons for an abscess. Either a dying tooth needing root canal treatment or a gum (periodontal) problem that needs to be treated.
Please make sure that the abscess problem is followed up as well as the spots on your palate.
