My cancer was found by dentist. Are you having pain in the area where the spots are? Like Jerry said, you may want to consider having it biopsied. I am also interested in knowing if your dentist was going to follow up. Was he going to wait until your next 6 month appointment? If he doesn't suggest it you want to ask for one. I asked for my most recent biopsy and I'm glad I did. You have to be your own advocate.
