They chew up a lot of time and resources that can be better spent with other, more pressing, patient/caregiver needs. He knows what to do - the ball is in his court.
MSG - there is no scientific evidence to support that OC is passed genetically. If you found an ENT that believed your story I would question whether he actually has cancer experience or is one of those ENT's who makes a living sticking tubes in kids ears.
