trust us - we're used to people freaking out! But we can't diagnose you over the internet. We are not doctors. You need to make an appointment with an ENT, have an evaluation made and then have your mind set at ease that it is not cancer. If there is nothing there to biopsy -they will not order one.

Stop chewing and using tobacco products if you haven't already. This is one club that you really don't want to join. Forget what all the other brain dead people in the world do - this is about your life not theirs.

By the way, most oral cancers are asymptomatic and have no pain at all. Pain usually indicates an infection.
