Thanks for the ideas. I do have a couple of that type cookbook myself. Just wasn't sure what size would be small enough to handle for a first-time project, but big enough to have wide appeal. I originally offered to help sort the recipes into categories. Figured I could check for spelling and completeness, etc., but didn't plan on heading the entire project as I have had no experience in this. I really am winging it and all info and ideas are appreciated.
