Dear Marlene, all the steps you've taken above are very good ones. And I know many caregivers here are thinking "Thank Heavens Marlene is getting some help!" Keep getting as much help as you can and include the kids as much as possible. The more personal contact they have with Alan's battle, the more it will strengthen them as adults.
