Waiting when we find a lump AND have a new diffuculty swallowing is not a good idea. If the ENT can't see, you maybe your dentist can. Maybe the Dr. would be willing the schedule the CT scan before he sees you to save time. You just don't need the stress of worrying about the unknown in addition to all the other stress you are under. Pull some strings if you have to. Take care, Eileen
