Hey Lee. Excellent advice. I don't even know you but I'm proud of you. It's amazing how powerful love can be. Especially when a youngster is involved. I would have never dreamed that I'd be free from the chemicals. I've been nicotineless for a month now, after twenty years of continuous use. Anne Marie 07, if I can do it, you can do it. Personally, I'm using the people on this forum, especially you Lee, prayer and the love of my children to quit and so far its working. I guess my point is don't try to do it by yourself. Find strength from whatever you need. Be it God, that little girl, anything. Stay with this forum. You'll find these people are truly blessed and willing to help all that come.
