The more you focus on what is wrong, the more things seem to be wrong. Have you considered doing some relaxation exercises to help you relax? There are lots of videos on YouTube that you can follow for relaxation. There are just a few more days to go before you return home. Relaxing until you get home may be the best way to cope.
