OC can spread below the neck... I am not sure but maybe she meant that she didn't realize rachael's mom's cancer had spread below the neck? That's what thought when I read her reply though I'm sure she'll clarify. Usually after neck metastasis it heads to the lungs. A scary prospect. Take care.
