But the dietician told us the best way for Martin to put on weight again easily was though dairy products. And it has worked! Martin is now a healthy slim. He changed to full fat milk, and eats creamy bio yogurts, creme caramel, panna cotta puddings, soft cheese like philadelphia, and dairy ice cream.
