Great news, the menu is expanding
Sounds like something Im gonna try. I ususally just mash the sweet potatoes and mix them with my regular mashed potatoes. Red skins have the smoothest texture.
I made glazed carrots yesterday. Peel, chop up very small and boil for about 15 minutes about 3 fresh carrots. Then sautee them with butter and brown sugar for a few minutes. It tasted so good just to have a different food.
