OP Platinum Member (300+ posts) Joined: Sep 2008 Posts: 489 | With my flap I just have to mash everything up to the consistency that it would be if I had already chewed it. And I have to take small bites. Then wash it down with a thicker liquid than water. The therapist said that she was comfortable with me using a nectar consistency. I'll get brave again once I don't hurt so much. Lately it has been hard to just do the day to day things without adding any thing extra to it.
