Hey Eric - you got hit doubly hard with the flu AND pneumonia! So sorry to hear of the frustrating loss of all that you've gained - wellness is a slippery slope isn't it? The good news is that you've done it before and you know you can (and will) do it again!
Be strong, be patient, have courage!! (from what I've gathered about you from your posts I think that being patient is really the only thing you'll struggle with!)
