I will ask the GI dr I see on Monday, I have developed this at my stoma site ever since my stitch came out (since Dec). I want to try the Triacet first before the nitrate sticks because I don;t want to deal with it hurting and the fact that it can cause damage to the healthy tissue if you accidentially apply it there. I'll let you know what he says.
