Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 531 | For me and I am as anxious as they come...I have a severe anxiety disorder although never had radiation and that experience...For me even a cat scan I found myself getting anxious...the only advice that worked for me is to detach from myself and concentrate on breathing...follow the breath in and out...or focus on a part of my body and breathe it does help for me...
Dianne..treatment at cc at Victoria Hospital, London, Ontario...insulin dependant, Surgery Sept 8/08 Tracheotomy,composite resection and bilateral neck dissection, left radial forearm free flap... T2N0 squamous cell carcinoma. No radiation A little over 2 yrs clear YAY
