Joined: May 2002 Posts: 2,152 | Ensure Plus tastes much better than Ensure and has 360 calories. I liked the coffee and butterpecan and still drink the vanilla for breakfast. The strawberry was awful regardless of brand. Carnation VHC didn't exist when I had rads back in the dark ages.
