Here is the recipe for Blueberry-Peach-Pomegranate Smoothie
1 cup frozen blueberries 1 cup non fat vanilla yogurt 1 cup of pomegranage or pomegranate-blueberry juice 1/2 cup of frozen peaches (can be done with or without peaches)
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth.
Makes 2 servings. Nutrition for serving: 180 calories and 41grams of carbs and 4grams of protein.
