Meats are a problem for me as well, just too damn chewy and dry. I have learned that the fattier and worse for you the meat is, the better I can tolerate it (bacon, dark meat chicken, sausage, organ meats etc.)

The good news is, eating all this stuff, my total cholesterol levels have stayed down under 120, so something is going right! smile
