Okay. This weekend I am going to take some time and run some of my pressure cooker recipes.

Ed - I know what you mean... I had to buy another one several years ago and the wife simply couldn't believe..... smile

Ya can't beat em for the best chicken broth you've EVER had !

This one is easy
LARGE Package of chicken thighs
One softball sized sweet onion chopped
Tablespoon of seasalt

Toss it all in the PC with about a quart (liter) of water
Cook at 5 PSIG for 45 minutes
