I'd say for the friends and family, you should do what's best for YOU. If it helps to tell them, then do it, that's what family and friends are for. But you're also not under any obligation to tell people what's going on until you are ready to. I think it's normal to feel totally scared and lost, and Colleen is right, you are sharing and being honest. Melissa
