Don't know their ages but I would be frank and honest with them and tell them that you have been diagnosed with oral cancer and will be getting the recommended treatments and would appreciate their love and support however it's needed which you won't know until the treatment starts. The longer you delay "coming out" the worse it is for everyone, especially you which BTW is the ONLY person that matters right now.

Apr 2014 & 15, Spun for 9 straight hrs to raise $$ for YMCA's Livestrong Program. Certified Spin Instructor Jun 2014.
