Is that what you mean when you said tongue because as Paul stated it's very unusual for HPV to be associated with oral cancer in the forward part of the tongue. In fact I don't remember anyone coming to this site with that presentation. Re the ND option. Did they say both sides or just one? If one, why did they pick that side? Options #1 & 2 don't make sense to me as a stand alone. Even option #3, rads, why are they not recommending concurrent chemo IF they were recommending Option #2. I would want to ask them more questions BUT if I had to choose among those 3 I would opt for #3 assuming they would include both sides of my neck in the radiation field.

Jun 07, back to riding my bike 100 miles a wk. Now doing 12 Spin classes and 60 outdoor miles per wk. Nov 13 completed Hilly Century ride for Cancer, 104 miles, 1st Place in my age group. Apr 2014 & 15, Spun for 9 straight hrs to raise $$ for YMCA's Livestrong Program. Certified Spin Instructor Jun 2014.
