I mention a blood test for possible indication of infection, anemia, neutropenia, which can cause mouth ulcers. Actually, there is a Squamish Cell Carcinoma Antigen test, but should not be used as sole diagnosis, but for further investigation. CEA, mainly for colon cancer abd rectal, and is used in others cancers too, including HNC to monitor recurrence, and after surgery of tumor removal, but may be that common. I'm having CEA done with my next blood test next week.
