Hey Tamsin
I'm sorry to hear what you are currently going through. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you get the all clear and won't have to worry any longer.
Indeed the people on this site who have been diagnosed or are supporting those who have are incredibly brave and amazing for being able to fight like they have. If my fears come true, I'm honestly not sure I could deal with it very well at all.
My doctor knows I'm worried about my tongue but keeps passing it off, as for some reason she thinks I should be throwing up and being extremely tired all the time. But those are not really symptoms if this type if cancer as far as I'm aware, and evening they are it doesn't mean that they are symptoms I would have. Hopefully the doctor will listen this time though as I'm worried it soread to my throat as it feels different, and I can feel something in it (if I stick my fingers down it, which I do sometimes when I taste blood to see if there is any) that's not supposed to be in there, or even if it is it's changed in how it feels.
