Thanks Eric - it was an interesting article - what they didn't include and should have are the animal free, soy free, protein products. The plant based proteins that include, pea, hemp, Flax, and Brown rice proteins. These aren't as smooth as some of the soys but depending on who you believe far better for you - also another plus...?? It's said that sugar contributes to the inflammation process that supports cancer - most of these vegan products out there have natural sugars like stevia, or xylitol that do not effect the glycemic index!

soy they say is now so manipulated that it's scary!!!
