Congratulations again, Angelia. I wrote you on Facebook. I know what you mean about the radiation after effects - I'm still experiencing some and it'll be 3 YEARS in January. I'll be having a 6-month PET scan then too, and you guys will all be hearing from me and how nervous I'll be waiting for results. About you, though, this should make your Christmas a very Happy one and I'm certainly happy for you. Prayers are answered smile

Nov 2007 SCC on right tonsil following tonsillectomy. Was smoker, QUIT. (Stage IV T2 N2b) 7 weeks radiation one day/wk chemo (carboplatin and 5-FU). Allergic to Taxol; PEG in, lost 30 lbs. TX completed January 2008. PEG out mid- 2008. PET/CT 1/17/2011;2/3/12 NEGATIVE for cancer smile
