After RT I had a lot of mouth ulcers (yes, they are very painful) which went on for months. That was one of the reasons that I went through HBO therapy.
Before they tried HBO on me, they had me on Trental (Pentoxifylline 400 mg) plus vitamin E for many months. Trental/vitamin E is supposed to help the blood flow in radiation damaged tissue.

Dental issues: 2013-2022 (ORN)
