Joined: Apr 2009 Posts: 329 | Brenda call an Oral Surgeon seeing you have lesion on your tongue they should be able to do a biopsy. Tell them your desperate you need help. Let them know you have no insurance setup a payment plan. My biopsy cost $175.00 for the Oral Surgeon and I think $20.00 where he sent it away to be diagnosed. Plus $100 for my first visit. I would be very disappointed if a Dr. turned me away because of no insurance and I was willing to setup a payment plan.
