Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 1,406 | Pat, that's great news! I realize you're still facing what sounds like a tricky operation... but to hear the words "no cancer" is just amazing. Congrats. I had a tracheotomy tube for most of the 11 days I was in the hospital, and while it's not something you would exactly volunteer for, it's not as bad as you might think. Make sure you keep a pad and pen handy!
