I had trouble adjusting to having a tube in my stomach and the peg hole leaked and never would heal up.
Fortunately it is temporary, and if you keep up your feeding and can hold everything down it will get you through in pretty good shape weight wise.
Be sure to never cough or sneeze during a gravity feeding!
